Beautiful photo!

It's more work (and dishwashing), but I like grilled cheese. As in grilled cheese and apple. Or grilled cheese with bacon and avocado. I am a big fan of putting experimental ingredients in my grilled cheese and of using a variety of cheeses. :)

I'm a sucker for a good falafel sandwich. When I make it at home, I usually use a box falafel mix, though I suppose you could make it from actual chickpeas. Then I make a sauce from plain yogurt, garlic, and dill. I stuff the falafel in a pita along with some crunchy cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and sometimes sprouts, and then I drown it in sauce. Yum!

Doesn't it? A shame that it wasn't a sandwich we actually ate, just a random free stock photo...
