That Cat

Would a rose by any other name taste as sweet?

I’d been so careful with the rose Jesse brought me this week, making sure Oliver wasn’t left alone with it, but yesterday I left the room for just a moment and returned to find Oliver snacking on the outer petals of the rose. He so rarely causes trouble at 10:30 in the morning. He was out cold, fast asleep. Faking it, I’m sure. Just waiting for me to leave long enough for him to jump onto the desk and help himself. Blasted cat!

Luna and Oliver are very similar. Sneaky, sneaky… And too smart for their own good.

In spite of the bite marks (or maybe because of?) that is a really pretty picture.
