So true! Nothing can really replace crepes in Paris…

I think we have some pics of the final product, but they aren’t very good–we were too anxious to devour said crepes.

I’ve found the wireless mouse in my classroom works a lot better if I set it down on something … desk, podium, the floor … try it. Nobody is going to drop this class – you are way too entertaining to watch!

Personally, I’m more likely to move to Paris than keep the house clean. But hey, I watched the Alton Brown show on souffles the other day – you can so do that.
